After meditation, I’ll take a quick “India bath” (fill a bucket full of water and use a scoop to pour over you – always at ambient temp).When yoga is finished, I’ll go right into a guided meditation with Insight Timer app, my favorite quickie is a 6 minute Morning Meditation by Bethany Auriel-Hagan.If I feel pushed for time, I’ll only do 30 minutes, but definitely on the weekends I’ll do 60 minute class. Then, before I get a chance to think too much about it, yoga mat on the floor and start up a yoga class on Yoga Studio app by Gaiam.This app has really helped me to sleep better as I try to improve upon my sleep data, in a never-ending quest to up the percentage of sleep quality logged and lower the minutes of snoring!
